Ognjen “Oggie” Milutinovic, founder

Oggie has designed brands and built websites for nine years. He led the marketing design team at Tenscope before going independent, holds a BFA in graphic design, and is an Official Framer Expert, certified by Framer. Based in Serbia, working all day long, with clients mostly in the United States.

How Plenor started

Plenor grew out of Oggie’s freelance practice on Upwork, where the same pattern kept showing up: a funded startup with a site from one freelancer, a deck from another and social templates from a third, none of it looking like the same company. Plenor exists to fix that from the site outward.

Team

Oggie leads every project. Contractors join for motion or overflow, scoped per project. Nobody gets handed off.

SERVICES

What Plenor does

Six things, all built on the same brand system, all priced on the site.

Brand stationery and business cards laid out on a table

Brand identity

Logo, type, colour and the rules that hold them together, written so your team and your AI tools can build from them. The outcome is a company that looks like one company across the site, the deck and every ad. Fixed price, $2,000.

Monitor showing a website design in progress

Landing pages

One page, designed and built in Framer, live in about a week. Built for launches, fundraises and paid campaigns where a single page has to convert. Fixed price, $2,500.

Laptop and desktop monitor on a bright desk

Full websites and migrations

Multi-page marketing sites with CMS, technical SEO and tutorial videos recorded for your site, from $5,000. Migrations from WordPress or Webflow run $3,500 to $6,000, with every old URL mapped and redirected. AceUp moved from WordPress to Framer on a site Plenor designed and built.

Hand sketching layouts in a notebook

Marketing design and pitch decks

Social, ads, one-pagers and sales collateral on the same brand system as the site, from $1,500. Pitch decks from $1,200. The deck Plenor designed for Billables AI helped raise a $10.2M Series A.

Video editing timeline on a desktop screen

Motion and video

Launch films, product motion and social cutdowns, from $1,500. The Billables AI announcement video came out of this.

Laptop, phone and notebook on a desk, seen from above

Design team on a monthly plan

$3,800 per month, one active request at a time, everything on this list, pause any month. This is how most clients work with Plenor after launch.

THE DIFFERENCE

What makes Plenor different

01

Public, fixed prices

Landing page $2,500, full site from $5,000, design team $3,800 a month, all on the site before you ever book a call. A Plenor quote is fixed before work starts and doesn’t move.

02

Designed and built in one place

Plenor builds websites in Framer. Design and build happen in the same file, so there’s no handoff to a developer and a change ships in hours, not sprints. Brand, pitch decks, social and motion are made in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with Claude speeding up research, copy and QA, all on the same brand system. If you’re set on a WordPress, Webflow or custom React site, Plenor isn’t the right shop and will say so on the first call.

03

The designer on the call is the designer on the work

No account manager, no junior handoff. Oggie designs and leads every project personally. Contractors join for motion or overflow, scoped per project, never as a layer between you and the work.

04

You don’t pay if week one misses

If the design direction isn’t right after the first week, we part ways and you owe nothing. No deposit held, no kill fee. Nine years of shipping brands and sites is what makes that guarantee affordable.

05

Plenor stays on after launch

Most clients keep Plenor as their design team on the monthly plan. Billables AI started with a Framer website. Eight months later Plenor had designed the pitch deck behind their $10.2M Series A and the announcement video, with zero engineering hours spent on marketing pages.

WHO IT’S FOR

Who uses Plenor

  • Pre-seed to Series A SaaS founders whose site has to look like the round they just raised (Billables AI, Glaido)

  • AI startups, AI agencies and consultancies that need to look as sharp as their work (Datalumina, Prospeqt, Jack Roberts)

  • Funded healthtech and coaching platforms selling to enterprise, with no in-house front-end team (AceUp, $22.5M Series A; Ferry Health, $9M seed)

  • Consumer apps at scale that need a site to convert (Zero Longevity, the world’s #1 fasting app)

  • Marketing teams of one who need a design partner on call

  • Agencies that need a senior design partner for Framer builds, migrations, brand identities and pitch decks

PROCESS

How Plenor works

01

Start

A 30-minute call, a link to your current site, and whatever brand material exists. You get one fixed quote before anything starts.

02

Direction in days

Three hero concepts and three brand directions in the first days, so you know early whether it’s heading the right way.

03

Who you work with

Oggie, directly, on every project. Progress is visible live in Framer, so there’s nothing to wait for and nothing lost in a handoff.

04

Communication and response times

A shared Slack channel or email, your call. Questions get an answer within one working day. On the monthly plan most requests turn around in two to three working days.

05

Turnaround

A landing page goes live in about a week. A full site with brand work usually takes two to three weeks. Timelines are agreed before the quote is fixed.

06

Handover and after

Tutorial videos recorded for your specific site, one week of post-launch support, and a site your team can update without a developer. Most clients then move to the monthly plan.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Plenor an agency or a freelancer?

Both, in the way that matters. One designer leads and does the work, with contractors joining for motion or overflow. You get agency-level output without an account manager in between.

Where is Plenor based?

Serbia, working Central European hours. Most clients are in the United States, so their morning overlaps Oggie’s afternoon, and requests sent overnight are usually answered by the next US morning.

Do you only work in Framer?

For websites, yes. Framer lets design and build happen in one place, which is why changes ship in hours. Brand identity, pitch decks, social media design and motion are made in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, and each can be booked on its own, with or without a website. Claude speeds up research, copy and QA. If you need a WordPress, Webflow or custom React site, Plenor will say so on the first call rather than take the project.

What does it cost to work with Plenor?

Prices are public and fixed. A landing page is $2,500, a full site starts at $5,000, a migration to Framer is $3,500 to $6,000, brand identity is $2,000, pitch decks start at $1,200, and the monthly design team is $3,800. You get one exact quote before work starts and it doesn’t move. The full breakdown is on the Framer website cost page.

What happens if I don’t like the design?

You don’t pay. If the direction isn’t right after the first week, we part ways with no deposit held and no kill fee.

What happens after launch?

Tutorial videos for your site, a week of support, and a site your team can run without a developer. Most clients keep Plenor on the monthly plan for new pages, launch assets and decks.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. Agencies bring Plenor in as a senior Framer partner for client builds, Figma to Framer conversions and migrations, and can hand over brand, pitch deck and social work too.

Can I see examples?

The case studies page has Billables AI, Zero Longevity, Glaido, Datalumina and more, with the numbers behind each one.
