What we collect
If you book a call: the calendar on this site runs on Cal.com. When you book, we receive your name, your email address, and anything you type into the booking form. Cal.com’s own privacy policy applies to their handling of that data.
If you email us: we keep the correspondence, that’s it.
Site analytics: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site gets used. That covers visit counts, traffic sources, and anonymized usage patterns like scrolling and clicking. These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers. We don’t use them to identify you personally.
What we don’t do: no accounts, no payments on this site, no advertising pixels, and no selling or renting your data to anyone.
If you received an email from us
We send a small number of emails to founders and teams we think are a genuine fit for what we do. Business contact details for that outreach come from publicly available sources, such as company websites and professional profiles. We rely on legitimate interest as the legal basis, and we keep it proportionate: relevant recipients, low volume.
If you’d rather not hear from us, reply with a word and you’re out. We honor opt-outs immediately and keep a suppression record so you aren’t contacted again. To have your details deleted entirely, email hi@plenor.io.
How long we keep things
Booking and email correspondence: as long as we’re in touch, then up to 24 months in case you come back. Opt-out records: kept permanently, because that’s what makes the opt-out stick.
Your rights
If you’re in the EU, UK, or somewhere with similar rules, you can ask us what data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hi@plenor.io and we’ll sort it out within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, though we’d appreciate the chance to fix it first.
Third parties we use
Framer hosts this website. Cal.com handles call scheduling. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity provide the analytics described above. Our email provider processes correspondence. Each handles data under their own privacy terms, and we keep the list as short as we can.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes here with a new date.
